Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Eligibility

• Toys must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective

Return Process

1. Email info@tinkerhiv3.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return shipping address
3. Package the item securely with all original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
