Safety Standards
At TinkerHiv3, safety is the foundation of every product we sell. This page explains our commitment to toy safety, product quality, and responsible selection.
Toy Safety Standards
All toys in our catalog are selected to meet applicable U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards. This includes requirements for small parts, sharp edges, toxic substances, and age-appropriate labeling.
Safe Materials
Our wooden toys use non-toxic finishes and smooth, sanded edges. Diecast models are made with durable metal construction. Remote control cars are tested for safe battery operation. We avoid products with known safety concerns.
Age-Appropriate Products
Every product is categorized by appropriate age range:
- Ages 1-3: Wooden cars with large parts, no small pieces, rounded edges
- Ages 4-7: Diecast models with moderate detail, sturdy construction
- Ages 8+: Remote control cars with battery safety features
Quality Checks
Before any product joins our catalog, we evaluate:
- Material safety and toxicity
- Construction quality and durability
- Age-appropriateness of design
- Potential choking hazards for young children
- Finish quality (smooth edges, no splinters, non-toxic paint)
Customer Safety
If you receive a product that appears defective or unsafe, contact us immediately at info@tinkerhiv3.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund and investigate the issue with our suppliers.
Responsible Product Selection
We do not sell products that we would not give to our own children. Every item in our store is chosen because it meets our standards for safety, quality, and play value. If a product cannot meet these standards, it does not enter our catalog.
