  • Q - What Payment Methods Do you Accept?
  • A - We Currently Accept - Klarna, Sezzle, Shop Pay, Affirm, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, ELO, and JCB.
  • Payment Methods Currently in the Works: ZipPay (formerly QuadPay), Afterpay, SplitIt, Future Pay, and Go Cardless.
  • We intend to offer Additional Financing Options and we soon will be able to accept Purchase Orders. Sign up for our Newsletter and you will be the first to know when these new changes take affect.


  • Q - I placed my order for my 3D Printer and Supplies, when will my items ship?
  • A - After you've placed an order you will receive an order confirmation and then we move to process your order. Once we've finished processing your order we move to fulfill your order. Once fulfillment is complete you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. You will only receive separate emails if you've ordered multiple items and they don't ship at the same time. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

  • Q - Can I upgrade my free "standard" shipping to expedited shipping?
  • A - Yes! Please notify us prior to placing your order so that we can assist with the expedited shipping at the time of checkout. It's important that you do this because we have all of our items currently setup for free standard shipping and we will need to manually process your order if you wish to choose expedited shipping. 

  • Q - I was on your website, and I planned on ordering my product but I was undecided at that time, and now it's out of stock. Is there a way to be notified when the item is back in stock?
  • A - Yes, you have two options. You can send us an email with your information and we will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock or you can send us your information and we can process a hold order for you until you're ready to make the purchase. It is important to note we will only hold items for 48 hours. We will send you a confirmation quote which will include a link for the item. You can pay right from the email, just keep in mind the "hold quote" will expire 48 hours after you receive it

  • Q - I purchased a printer and then I changed my mind, can I exchange it or get a refund?
  • A - Once your order has been placed it is automatically processed through our secure payment processor and then it is sent for shipment processing. We incur irreversible fees during this process. You would need to cancel your order first and then place a new order for the new item. There are fees associated with this process, please read our Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for more information.

    • Q - I am looking for a specific item and I can't find it on your site. Can you special order it for me?
    • A - Yes! We process special orders all the time for our customers. Send us a message with all of the details and we will try our best to source the item for you. 

      • Q - I placed an order using Klarna but I haven't been notified that the credit card I used to make my first payment has been charged?
      • A - Klarna operates a little differently than other payment gateways. Klarna will not actually capture your first payment until we provide them with the shipping details (your tracking number). Once we've supplied your tracking information to Klarna you will be sent two separate notifications. One from Klarna stating that your credit card has been charged for the first payment and the other notification will come from Tinker Hive letting you know your package has been shipped (this notification will include your tracking number). It takes us 2 - 3 days to process your order and prepare your package for shipment and we ask that you be patient with us. If more than 3 Business days have gone by and you still haven't received a notification please reach out to us and we will resolve the problem.


      • Q - Your site mentions Free Standard shipping to the lower 48, what if I live in Alaska, Canada or our outside of the lower 48, can I purchase from you?
      • A - Yes, however there will be an additional fee imposed for shipping as most of these areas are considered "remote" and unfortunately free standard shipping doesn't apply in this case.

      • Q - I signed up to receive my 3% off my first order but after I clicked submit, the pop up just vanished. How do I get my 3%, I didn't get a code?
      • A - Not to worry the 3% off code/discount automatically embeds itself into your session while on our website. When you make it to check out, at the payment screen you will see the 3% discount has automatically populated itself for your convenience. If for some reason you're experiencing technical difficulties, please message us and we will trouble shoot and fix the problem from our end. 

        • Q - I saw this question asked on the Ender Subreddit so I thought I would address it here. The question was, "Has anyone done business with Tinker Hive and will I have to wait Months before I Receive my Printer"?
        • A - Tinker Hive is a family owned company based out of Tampa FL, all of our printers are shipped to you directly from our US warehouse and on average depending on where you live it could take 5-10 business days to receive your printer and or supplies. Please keep in mind we are shipping your printer/supplies with our Free Standard Shipping which means the slowest possible way. If you would like your printer expedited, you may choose to pay for expedited shipping for an extra charge. We offer Free Shipping on everything we sell and we try our very best to make sure your product is shipped as quickly as possible. We know you're excited to receive your printer and we are just as excited for you and we sincerely appreciate your patronage and for being a valued Tinker Hive Customer. I would also add that when you message us...chances are that you're always going to get directly in touch with one of the owners. We have proudly served many clients since we've been in business and we believe our reviews speak volumes about our customer service. We are a legitimate business and if you have any questions or concerns at all please message us, we would be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you might have.

        • A - Here is a break down of our hours and what you can expect.

        • Q - Why did you stop selling CHEP Bed Leveling Tool?
        • A - We regret to inform you that as of 1-11-2022 we were asked to stop selling the CHEP Bed Leveling Tool. As a result, we will fulfill all orders that were placed up until Jan. 11, 2022. We anticipate shipping your item on 1-14-2022 as this is the estimated arrival date that was given to  us from the Manufacturer, Howtronics. Unfortunately, the Manufacturer indicated they were not prepared for the demand of this product. It was explained to us, due to COVID and supply chain and logistics and production, that our orders could no longer be. As a result we were asked to stop selling them immediately. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you!

        • Q - What bed leveling tool do you recommend since you no longer carry the Chep Bed Leveling Device?
        • A - Tinker Hive is currently working with a Trusted Electronics Development Group to mass produce an easy to use, cost effective Game Changing Bed Leveling Tool. This new tool is called the Tinker Thinker and can be purchased on-line now. As an alternative we currently sell the BL Touch and the CR Touch, for more information please reach out to one of our friendly support specialist.

        • Q - Do you ship to Canada?
        • A - We curently do not ship to Canada, but we are gearing up to be able to ship to Canada. To do so requires filing paperwork with the proper taxing authorities. Once we have obtained the necessary paperwork to be able to ship to Canada, we will make an announcement to our customers. Your best bet is to sign up for our Free Newsletter so that you can receive the most up to date information about our Company News.

        • Q - Why do you ship some products from China?
        • A - We do this as a stop gap in order to be able to provide you with products that we currently do not have in our inventory. Example: We have ordered Inventory from a Chinese Partner, but we anticipate shipping to take around 3 weeks before it arrives to our warehouse. We offer direct Express Shipping from China in the interim so that you can have access to the product without delay. Your Product is Shipped Directly to you from the Manufacturer.  Express Shipping is always Free when your product ships from China and usually Express Shipping can take 7-15 Business Days to arrive to your doorstep after the order is placed and processed. Express Shipping has been known to arrive between 5-10 Business Days or even faster. It depends on the Carrier; e.g. DHL Express, FedEx Express or UPS Express. Your product carries the same quality and warranty. If your order ships from China the product listing will be clearly marked as such so you can decide if this is the best solution for you. 
        • Q - Do you accept returns for Custom Orders of Final Sale Merchandise?
        • A - Final sale and non-returnable items. All Final Sale Merchandise cannot be returned (this includes used, returned, open box, 2nd hand, and refurbished Final Sale 3D Printers). Other non-returnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, non-subscription digital content (.stl files, .gcode files, and 3D Trainee content), prepaid cards (including gift cards), opened consumable items including cleaning agents, oils, isopropyl alcohol, filters, cleaners, ink, 3D Printer Resin, and 3D Printer Filament.
